WHAT
WE DO
Jungle Lifeline is not a charity, but a not-for-profit organization with dedicated trustees with a particular purpose to make sure that all funds we raise through our own efforts, contribute to the survival of Orangutans.

LOUIE's
MISSION STATEMENT
& PROJECTS.
Jungle Lifeline Mission
At Jungle Lifeline, our mission is to give a voice to those who cannot speak for themselves. Inspired by Louie the Orangutan, we work to protect orangutans in their native forests of Borneo and Sumatra by raising vital funds and awareness here in the UK.

As a not-for-profit organisation with a charitable purpose, every penny raised through Jungle Lifeline supports two key goals:
-
Global Impact: providing donations to trusted organisations working on the frontline of orangutan conservation worldwide.
-
Local Education: delivering our own educational projects and outreach programmes across the UK, inspiring the next generation to value and protect orangutans, rainforests, and the natural world.

Through partnerships, school visits, events, and contributions from Look, It’s Louie bookings and merchandise, we ensure funds go directly into conservation and education. Together, we aim to raise awareness, spark conversations, and empower people to take action.
Jungle Lifeline: Be a voice for what can’t speak.
We create and promote public awareness campaigns to spread knowledge about the critically endangered orangutan and the threats to its future existence. Our awareness raising efforts are targeted both at the general public, politicians, and children education.
Louie will be used to help promote our educational awareness outreach program in schools and educational groups across the UK so we can educate the next generation on the importance of protecting the critically endangered Orangutans and their habitats.
Forest Restoration
We aim to help restore destroyed forest areas in Indonesia. Our goal is to replant as much as we can! Help us to help organisations restore the rainforest.
Rainforest
Conservation
To ensure the long-term survival of Orangutans we must help protect and restore the Orangutans primary habitat..The Rainforest.
Orangutan Conservation
Our vision is to help educate and restore the natural balance for Orangutans. Their survival is at risk solely due to human impact, the more we learn the more we understand that we are pushing them to the brink of extinction.
Environmental Policy
encouraging buyers to select sustainable palm oil. Currently only 20% of global palm oil is certified as more sustainable – so there’s massive need for education to improve the awareness of
sustainability and deforestation.
